The edits are:

The banner should replicate the one from the top part of the main page of our website http://www.getglobalproperty.com. It should be resizable (responsive) on all devices and fixed so when one is scrolling down it does not move

"Phone Number"
"Email"
"I am most interested in"
"Please send a detailed property report on

4. Webform should be working.
After one clicks Submit he should be redirected to our main home page

The emails with the details of the people who filled it in should be sent to "info at [url removed, login to view]"
We should be able to set up and send autoresponders for the people who filled in the form from wordpress
5. The page resize properly on all mobile devices
6. ALL work should be done on our domain LIVE so we can see and monitor the progress all the time
[url removed, login to view] text on the page should be easily editable from Wordpress admin panel.
8. The page must be finished in the deadline that we set
9. Freelancer should start working on the page on our domain LIVE, IMMEDIATELY after the job is awarded
