Rebuild an ecommerce media zencart in php, adding per pay downloading.
We already have a zen cart, and we sell physical mp3 CD (no songs but talking shows), we wish to rebuilt and wish add per pay downloading. (The downloading is for the entire disc, so can be up to 700mb)
We tried a couple of times with no success.
The programmers were never able to complete the job, especially after we paid them.
As result we lost money and time. We are looking for a serious and capable person to understand and finish the job with all our requirements.
As soon you contact us, we will send you the project details, so just bid a symbolic fee that will be changed after we agree with price.
As soon we agree on the price, we will deposit the amount in escrow.
HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT RELEASE ANY FUNDS UNTIL WE ARE HAPPY WITH IT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We are very clear, so no later disappointments or misunderstanding, please do not bid if you do not like our conditions.
In the past we lost too much money and time. If you take the job you must accept this conditions. If you want to be paid in advance, please do not bid on this project.
Geographical Position: In the past we had very big disappointment with these locations:
Pakistan, India, China, Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other east European countries.
We prefer from USA or Western Europe, however if you are from these location and you use outsource teams from the above countries, please do not bid.
We need somebody confident on building media and downloading e commerce php site.
Please no wordpress, we love wordpress but is not appropriate for this kind of project.
We have two uncompleted wordpress sites, and definitely we do not want the third failure.
