Hello,
We need a small application for web, and mobile - both iOS and Android. I will describe below about what we need:
Web Application (only for admin):
1. Admin can login and add product images (public) - these images will be available to users who download the app. We just need admin to add images and a text for each (catalog) - no need for payment gateway.
2. Admin can create users (username and password) - this will be used for mobile users to login. Admin should be able to edit/delete/deactivate the created users.
4. Admin can create invoices for user (manual). invoice belongs to a user. user can have multiple invoices. (simple layout table - layout will be provided)
5. Admin can create many delivery statuses for each invoice. (simple layout table - layout will be provided)
6. Admin can upload one image per user for showing his balance.
7. Admin can add About and Contact texts (Public). these texts will be shown in mobile app.
Mobile App (iOS and Android):
Public Screens (no need to login)
1. Products Gallery - Grid of photos and bigger size on tap. For first time, these will be read from server, and for next times it should check if there is no update, it loads from local device. if no internet connection, it will read from local. same for next items (about, and contact)

4. Users Portal: User can login with provided username/password.
After login, user will see these 2 menus (or sub menus):
4.1 Invoices: User can see the list of his invoices. taping on each invoice will sends user to the invoice detail screen, which contains the list of deliveries for that particular invoice.
4.2 Balance: User can see one single image for his account balance.
All security topics should be considered for storing password, user data, etc. All source codes and materials should be delivered to us with full rights. The code will be reviewed in term of structure and quality. Apps should be published to App Store and Play Store.
We prefer using MySQL for the web server, and RESTFul API to provide data to mobile apps.
