Tradingview indicator for Supply/Demand

I am looking to have an indicator built that finds supply and demand zones based on Core Strategy from Online Trading Academy. There are very specific rules, but there are some parameters I would like to be able to change.
There is an existing indicator which does exactly this for the FXCM trading platform, but the programmer is not interested in programming a version for TradingView, so I am looking to essentially have that indicator replicated.
Let me know if there is any further information you require to bid or quote on this properly.
**NOTE: The "Skills required" are not necessarily correct. TradingView has its own programming language called Pine, but that doesn't show up as an option.
