*URGENT* Joomla CSM Sobi2 - Banner Management Location Control

THIS IS A REPOST - WILL CLOSE RIGHT AWAY ONCE SUITABLE FREELANCER IS FOUND.

We have a site running Joomla CMS with SOBI 2 Directory Component Installed and running very well.

Its a site directory which lists USA Real Estate Agents. In Sobi2 we have made all the Categories into >> States and all Sub-Categories into >> Counties

We are also using Banners Manager Module to add Banners ads to the site. We need to customize how the banner location system works through the component / module.

Currently We can only control where banners are placed in content pages, categories and sections but we cannot control Banners in the Sobi2 Directory States and Counties.

For example, if we want to put a Banner to appear in only the California State Page, we cant do it, the Banner will appear in all the state pages.

We need to be able to control in which specific Categories in Sobi2 Directory the banners should appear.

***Example***

If an advertiser from NewYork wants to advertise there business, we want there Banner ad to show on only NewYork state pages. We dont want there banner ad appearing on California state or any other state pages. We want there banner to appear under NewYork State pages and counties ONLY.

We need this Banner control implemented for all State Pages. Theres 51 US states in our SOBI2 Directory.

In SOBI2 We changed the Categories and made them >>>m States and we changed the Sub-Categories and made them >>> Counties.

The site is already setup, you can work from live server.
