I am looking for someone who can help automate parts of the appointment development process for my website-based mental health service. The specific functionalities I would like automated system where the user can choose the preferred therapist , see the calender showing available dates and time, book it, online payment and the zoom meet link automatically goes to the client and the therapist, also include scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and managing cancellations and rescheduling. I have a specific platform or technology in mind for developing the automation, so I am open to discussing that with the freelancer since the rest of the website is done, only this automation has to be done. My expected timeline for this project is within 1 week.
