The aim of this study is to design and develop a multi-agent based Prison Administration system that allows automatic monitoring and processing of prison operational data in real time for effective decision making. The specific Objectives are to:

i. Study the operations of the existing Prison administration system in Adamawa state Prison service Command.

ii. Study various Multi-Agent development Models

iii. Integrate the MaSE model in the Operational structure of the Adamawa state prison system

iv. Design a database structure and Normalise the Relations

v. Use UML to represent the framework of the Proposed Multi-agent System

vi. Implement the framework Using Java, JADE (Java agent development environment) and MySQL Technology
