Write email program

I need a project / software that is to be submitted in the university as last semester major project. It contains a value of 15 credit in semester so should look like that (i.e. have lot of coding).

I hired someone but he wasted 2 week and didn't complete work. I have all instructions and other detail so it will easier or to complete work within a week.

I want a software/ program that runs on windows I need .exe file as well as other file.

It will contain features like this after then

1. Login and logout with gmail id

2. Inbox Refresh option to load all email from inbox folder of gmail (Retrieve)

3. Mail read functionality

4. Compose and send functionality

5. Deleting mail

6. Send folder

7. Trash Folder

8. Create New folder option
