I am looking to develop a script that I can host on a website that will allow the teachers of a studio to take attendance for their dance class. This info would be be stored in a MySql database.

The php program would do the following: Log in or sign up. The administrator would allow the individual access privileges. After login, allow the teacher to select date and class, and then show the students for that class and allow them to unselect the students not present and save the changes. She should always have the option to logout. The login for the system would allow retrieving a lost password without administrator intervention. The administrator would be allowed to manage users, access rights.

This system would include the following tables - users, classes, attendance. Attendance table would have the following fields - classid, acountno, studentno, attendancedate.

I looking for a clean look.

Please provide an estimate for the cost of this project.
