We need a simple form plugin. Where user will enter the code and mobile number. User will press send and At the next step he will receive a OTP(one time password). He will write his otp in the field can confirm.
This data user number the code number he is going to provide date and time will be backend admin can see and can export excel file.
Also, once a user add his number he wont be able to add his any number next time till the data will remain backend. Admin can remove data in bulk from backend so user can add his number next time again. Until that showing error to the user that ‘you already participated’
