Small bug prestashop site

i need to resolve small bugs in a prestashop site:
- translate "on sale" label
- if i insert a product it show double price in product-list, one is barred and the other is without, as if product is on sale, but it's a simple product with regular price.
this happened for all products.
- i have a problem with discount based on customer. think problem depends on the point above
