We are inviting skilled freelancers to design and develop an innovative intrusion detection system tailored for sliding gates, encompassing three primary components. A key requirement is that each component must be capable of being manufactured OEM under our brand, logo, and name, without any external branding.
1. **Gate Sensor:** This is a sophisticated, energy-efficient sensor meant to be affixed to the gate. It should be operational for up to five years, powered by a battery with a small solar panel supplement, and include a low battery alert. The sensor incorporates a 9 Axis Motion Sensor Module with wireless transmission capabilities of up to 160ft/50m. It must allow for app-based sensitivity calibration and feature specialized detection algorithms for Axle Z and X, with conditional alarm triggers based on set detection patterns and vibration intensities. The target manufacturing price for this gate sensor is $25 or less.
2. **Base Unit:** A compact, efficient receiver board that receives signals from the Gate Sensor, triggering a local relay and a LoRa transmitter simultaneously upon alarm activation. It should operate on a 12-24vdc power source and include a separate relay output for low battery indication on the Gate Sensor. Additionally, it must have four local relay inputs for integrating additional sensors. The manufacturing cost for the base unit should be in the range of $25 to $40.
3. **LoRa Receiver Unit:** This unit serves as the communication hub, receiving alarm signals from the Base Unit and activating up to 8 local relay outputs. It should be capable of interfacing with multiple Base Units and be expandable for additional relay capacity. The target manufacturing price for the LoRa receiver is between $25 and $50.
The overall objective is to create a system that offers exceptional security for sliding gates, combining advanced detection technologies with cost-effective manufacturing to ensure affordability and scalability. The system should be user-friendly, highly reliable, and seamlessly integrate into our existing product line while strictly adhering to our branding requirements.
