Seeking Daily Operations Manager for Music Production Website
Seeking someone with a music background to run the daily operations for a music VST and production tools website. The company is owned and operated by two Grammy Nominated Music Producers! This is an amazing opportunity for any up and coming producers or someone trying to get into the music industry. Links to the Producers Wikipedia pages and website will be included for reference.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee Staff Members Through Slack App
Monitor Employee Hours
Hire Freelancers When Needed
Managing Blog Posts
Managing Social Media Posts
Creating and Managing Product launches
Communicating With Customers
Additional duties may be needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Person will need to be highly organized and detailed oriented.
Solid experience developing promotions, and driving sales within digital marketing and/or eCommerce
Strong knowledge of (or ability to hire) online marketing strategies and tools, including SEO / SEM, pricing, product positioning, email marketing, and social media
Background in music production is a huge plus!
Skill and experience with wordpress backend management and keen eye for errors
The ability to effectively coach and develop team members; direct management experience is preferred
This will be an ongoing position.
