I am looking for a qualified freelancer to build an ANPR parking manager system for a parking lots. The system should be able to control access and monitor vehicles entering the area. Specifically, it will be focusing on cars.
The system should be able to read prevailing license plate numbers and capture accurate images of the vehicle driving in. It should also improve safety and security by identifying vehicles that may pose a risk. Furthermore, it should be able to recognize frequent visitors and have the ability to blacklist unwanted vehicles.
The system should be able to detect a vehicle's presence, detect license plate numbers, and authenticate each vehicle. It should also be able to track and record information about each entry and exit of the location via ticketing or other means.
The ideal freelancer should be experienced in similar projects and proficient with programming/coding. Experience with video imaging, license plate recognition, cloud platforms, and AI technologies will be an advantage. The system should be reliable, secure, and able to run continuously.
