Edit an Existing basic Website Code to add Data mining technique (Data Classification) to predict next 10 years of temperature based on the csv file and visualization of the same on graph.

1. Download data set from website

2. Current Python Flask code is present in the zip file added ([login to view URL])

The requirement is to understand the dataset givin' in the link above and the pre-existing code present in the zip file (Basic Web application), then implementing Data classification or any other data mining technique to predict further or future temperatures of 5 or10 years and showing the same on a graph on the existing code.

Can modify the code if required, but the result is important with Visualization on the graph as shown there on a web application taking user inputs from User (Front end).

I want this to be completed ASAP. As it already has the complete code I am offering it as a very small project with $10-$15 Only.
