We are looking for .net or other good solution to send whatsapp messages auto. Currently we have solution in Python and working fine for small amount of messages.

We need to send 100000+ messages and should not be mobile constraint i.e. saving messages to mobile. Can be saved to database.

We need solution to be working on Windows 10 and Windows 7 with source code.

Total budget is INR 2000/-
