Create 3D Rendered version of a set of illustrations

To create modern 3D rendered versions of 13 existing illustrated images of cross sections of building elements. All 3D versions of these illustrations will have the same dimensions but some of the textures and finishes needed are to change. E.g. on some it shows wood and this needs to change to a plastic finish.

All finishes throughout the 13 renders should be the same, so they are all consistent. This is important as after these 13 images we have a further 100+ illustrations which we would like you to do to match the new 3D renders.

I will provide the existing illustration images along with a document for each illustration for what needs to change on the 3D rendered version. We will need you to produce 1 3D render first and once we are happy with the look and finish you can continue with the other 12 to match.

The type of finish/render we are looking for is attached.

We need a firm timescale and budget for this. You must complete on time and be able to work in the future on more renders.

Payment will be made 100% on completion as we have been stung on this before, paying escrow and milestones and then the freelancer has not finished, so only bid for payment when completed. Check our feedback we always pay ontime when completed.
