Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive research on the medical tourism industry, particularly focusing on the specific zone/location, to identify potential areas for content development.
Gather, evaluate, and interpret data relevant to healthcare facilities, treatment costs, legal and ethical issues, as well as travel and accommodation details related to medical tourism.
Develop and manage a content calendar that outlines the timeline for researching, writing, editing, and publishing each piece of content.
Oversee the development of high-quality content that accurately represents the services provided, ensuring it's engaging, informative, and targeted to the audience's needs and preferences.
Coordinate with website designers and developers to ensure the content aligns with the overall website design and functionalities.
Coordinate with local healthcare providers, travel agencies, and accommodation providers to ensure accuracy of the information being provided.
Implement SEO best practices to maximize website visibility and organic traffic.
Ensure the content complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and medical privacy laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare, travel, or tourism-related industry.
Knowledge of the medical tourism industry, particularly in the specific zone/location.
Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in website content development and SEO best practices.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, and healthcare professionals.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in the local language (if the specific zone/location is in a non-English speaking region).
Preferred Skills:
Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
Experience in digital marketing or content strategy.
Knowledge of health and medical terminology.
Basic knowledge of web design and development.
Familiarity with the local culture, medical facilities, and accommodation providers in the specific zone/location.
