Customer Group pricing structures for Ecwid

Develop an Ecwid App (based on Ecwid development standards) that will allow store admins to define different price structures for customer groups (including prices in options and variants).
Essentially, this is about adding multiple pricing to products; an admin can add as many price structures as needed which means each will require some form of title/label (ex: Gold partner pricing …).
This requires a language logic for multilingual sites.
For each product price structure, define who this pricing is to be used for (which customer groups).
