e need software that can help us in our client management endeavors and more help us get reviews from our clients more efficiently. It's not a CRM that we are looking for, but a simpler and easier-to-set-up solution that will allow us to perform our tasks more easily, without the need for a complicated system like hubspot or salesforce. We are seeking something simple to use and can perform the tasks we require. To illustrate, let me provide you with an example.
What are our basic needs?
We require software that can encompass various functionalities. For instance, we need the ability to make calls, send emails and texts, save templates, manage a database, and integrate different systems. Although we understand that having all these features in one software may not be possible, we would like to explore the option of integrating multiple apps to cover the missing features.
Examples of more complex actions we need:
How can we send review links to our clients? How will we receive notifications if they haven't posted a review? Is there a system that can automatically resend emails or texts if they didn't respond to our initial attempt? Can we create separate location directories to send different links to people in different locations? If we have to do some triggers manually how will that work? Can we make call from within that software? do we have to port our number? if not how will we connect another VOIP service to the software?These are some of the questions that need to be addressed.
We want software that can help us create triggers, similar to the ones mentioned above. Additionally, having a simple and user-friendly database option would be ideal. How will this software retrieve data from our existing database? I have attached a file below that outlines all of our requirements in an organized manner for your reference. Your role will be to assist us in making a decision and setting up the software accordingly.
If all our needs can be met only in a robust and complicated solution like hubspot you should be able to help us set it up and clear any doughts we have in our mind and paint us a clear picture of what we should do it.
