SAP Solman Charm Expert

We are looking for a SAP consultant having experience in Solman Charm Implementation.

Managed SAP Solman Charm Implementation from top to bottom starting with change management and must have deep knowledge on Charm Process , SNOW tool and Charm Workflows.

Main role and responsibilities:

Responsible for the analysis, design, customization and operations of SAP Solution Manager Charm workflows according to customer requirement.

Knowledge on SNOW (ITSM) tool which needs to be integrated with Solman to replicate the CHARM documents from SOLMAN to SNOW.

Knowledge on API used to integrate SOLMAN & CHARM

Knowledge on trigger/Touch points which help to trigger the flow from CHARM TO SNOW.

Must managed SAP Solman Implementation from top to bottom starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment.

Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities.

Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.

Required skills:

· Person should have an experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.2
