we are a seo company in uk and looking to hire a seo (purely white hat and expert professional) expert till end of 2010. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 2 PROJECTS TO OUTSOURCE. Keywords and sites will be told to final winners
the activities encompass the following for each project
1)50 directory submission
2)30 relevant link exchange with pr3 or higher sites .
3)2 press release(given by us) submitted to 20 good sites... 100% manual submission
4)2 articles (1 by us 1 u have to write) submitted to 30 sites... should be manual submission
5)20 forum posting
6)20 social bookmarking like digg and delicious
7)20 relevant blog commenting.
8)social networking
PAYMENT TERMS
As u will be an employee there will be a fixed monthly salary ($100 max, reviewed after 3 months,lowest bidder wins). there will never be more than 3 projects.
money will be escrowed at the end of first month and will be released at the end of 2nd month(so u don't get paid in first month as we check how good u r but money will definitely be escrowed to be released by 2nd month)
REPORTING
reporting has to be by saturday of every week without fail( who cant adhere to this shouldn't bid). we will be very strict on this and money will be deducted for not reporting in time.
work is all a bit manual as we will do all the analysis. bid with ur already done projects.
