Two requirements:
• Create five default documents automatically on creation of the meeting docset
• Fill all five documents with the given metadata by user in Docset Form
I need to create a Docset in SharePoint Document Library.
This docset will store following five documents for meeting:
Agenda
Close Meeting Notes
Meeting Summary
Meeting Detail
Meeting Minutes
There are following two requirements:
1) When a user create the New Meeting Docset the above mention documents should create automatically.
2) All above documents should automatically filled with the metadata which were given during the creation of the docset.
I have done following:
Create the Document Library
Create Site Columns
Create Site Content
Attach five default documents with the site content so that user can create it by just creating the new Meeting Docsets
I need help to fill out all five default documents with metadata which user given during the creation of the docset.
This is urgent project.
