Skin for Youtube-Clone

G'day i am after Designer or Skinner to Create a Skin for a youtube clone like this one

1) The skin MUST be ORIGINAL

2) Possibility of adding the player to the front page as well.. (not requirement)

3) ii will require all PSD files.

4) Skin must be implemted in the .tpl files (witch i will supply you with)

5) All rights to the design once it leaves you (you cannot sell to anyone after i have payied you)

6) Must include a Logo (and with the PSD)

payment will be made on Completion of the design and i have viewd on a Production server.
