Ecommerce Shop Needs To Be Revamped

I have an importing/wholesale company website that needs to be revamped and made modern with some designs. The template I'm currently using has some bugs so I'm looking to scrap it and just go with something new. I prefer to use Prestashop, but I'm open to anything. I have an existing site so the information also needs to get imported to the new site. I need:
- Entrance site with flash of some of the products
- wholesale home decor, statues, buddhas, health and beauty products so i need a theme to fit that.
- Need a working blog that blends the same theme in with at least 2 pages of sample work.
- Site needs to be transferred and hosted from Hostgator
- UPS module need to be configured
- Need a banner saying our company donates giving 50% of every purchase back to local charities.
- shopping cart where people can pay via paypal, google checkout,
- A testimonial page where people can write comments
- A newsletter module with TWO articles ready to be sent
- integrate google/fb likes

P.S. The functions should be editable in back office

I need 250 permanent back-links. Only one-way links are accepted. It needs to put in related websites.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Backlinks with 100% white hat techniques only!
- Links must be only from jewelry, beauty or mode related websites
- Links must be strictly from Google PR3+ pages - internal pages, iframe pages with PR less than 3 NOT count.
- Links must be permanent. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.
- One link per domain.
- Links must be placed on proper PR3+ web pages, either on home page or internal pages. Page must be linked with Home page.
- We will provide anchor text for all the backlinks.
- Page must NOT be dis-allowed by [url removed, login to view]
- The linking page must have no more than 30 outbound links.

- Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices.
- At least 75 backlink must be PR4
- At least 50 backlinks must be PR5
- At least 25 backlinks must be PR6
- Max 10 links per day
NOT ALLOWED:
- 100% No black hat tactics. will only accept 100% white hat tactics ONLY.
- 100% No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.
- No classifieds or mortgage, gaming, web directories, political.
- No article directories, forums, web rings, or link directories.
- No link farms, no link-exchange programs, no banned sites by Google, no illegal/scam/spam sites.
- No exchange programs, web rings, rented links, FFA sites.

- No links from under construction pages.

- No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- No blog comment spamming, no ping, no links within newsgroups.
- No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, articles.
