PCB/Electrical/Electronics Design Engineer

I am planing to develop something which is related to Mobile phones and act as a Power back up for Mobile phone and off course it is having features of Solar Charging.
So I need someone who can help me while designing and prototyping of Electronics part of this project as I can handle Mechanical Design thing myself but I need someone who can help me with electronic stuff also he/she must be a self starter and self motivated for his/her project and provide me daily update through mail or skype.
And most important thing apply only if you have prior experience in this field.
Also NDA needs to be signed before sharing more details of this project.
Note its just a first project and I am planning more in future so if we succeed in this it will become long time association between both of us.
