We require a form to replace paper timesheets. We need a form that can be filled out by staff working offsite, and submitted electronically.
This could be in the format of an app or a webform.
We have tried to use Jotform to create this but have not had much success. Would prefer a web form based on Smartsheet or Jotform or similar.
The form must look similar to the drawing I have uploaded. It needs to automatically calculate the total hours worked that day and display this total, and all info must be transmitted to us.
