mysql admin needed for about 1 hour

I'm a SQL Server admin -- but need to do some mysql work.

What I need: a list of 10 - 15 items to look for in mysql workbench for the configuration of a server, backups, and other things you deem most important. Most important number 1, second most number 2, etc. If 17 are must haves, then make it 17-- I based my estimate on working with sql server and oracle.

Also need you to take a phone call from me of not more than 30 minutes to discuss the items after I've reviewed and researched. Probably about a day later. If you're overseas, YOU are responsible for insuring we get a clear connection. I'll try skype, but be prepared for a land line call if need be.

I'm a very experienced SQL Server admin so I expect some pretty clear answers to my questions. (This is short for don't try to blow smoke in my eyes.)

*Please don't bid if you you're not really good at mysql and if you don't speak english really well.
