I run a web hosting company where the support works from my office in India. For the longest time we were focusing on just being available to staff and fixing issues asap. The problem is that this left my staff responding like robots, emotionless to clients needs etc...
I need assistance from someone preferably in India to invest about 1-2 hours per day improving this situation. Going through tickets and chats, challenging bad response and awarding good ones. Maybe even assisting me in writing a costumer support guige. Clearly I need someone with deep understanding in Costumer support and quality assurance. Of course good English and understanding of North American standards is important.
