Move App into Amazon Cloud

We have a PHP/MySQL app on our server. We would like to move it into Amazon's EC2 cloud. We already have an account and an instance set up. You would need to take our MySQL backup and our code base and you would need to set it up for us. The end result, we would like to have FTP access and MySQL Workbench Access to do updates on the site. Please see details for specific requirement.

Apache should be configured already in the instance, we would like to keep with this.
