Animation with Iclone / Poser

i would like to create a video similar to this:

it doesn't need to be the exact video. i am mainly interested in Hitler's face on the dancing body

(especially movements like in 00:58 - 01:00, when he turns around with his hands open wide)

i need about 40 seconds of Hitler dancing on a cool background and i will use it for a music video that i am editing.

I think the quickest way to do it is via Iclone or Poser, but if you have a better idea - Go for it.
