I am a hobbyist developing a turn-based smartphone game inspired by "Jagged Alliance 2" and "XCOM: Enemy Unknown". If you do not know these games, please look at some YouTube videos and be inspired.

Someone with 3D modeling skills should design and animate a soldier character with a rifle. I do not develop computer games for a living, so I am looking for semi-professional work that can be bought for a reasonable price without royalties. It is acceptable if you sell these graphics also elsewhere.
This is roughly what I need:
* Animated male soldier or paramilitary guy with rifle in isometric view
* Separate images for shadow, shirts, and the rest of the body. The shirt has to be in white (but normally shaded), because I want to colorize it from within the game. Enemies will wear red shirts, for example.
* Animations: standing, running, go-to-crouch, aiming (standing and crouched), shooting (standing and crouched), dying (standing and crouched)
* 16 directions
