I need one 3D rendering of a Real Estate Project.
It is multiple houses and I want to see it from a birds eye view. From above.
Attached is a file named: view [login to view URL] - it shows the view point I want.
Attached is also a sample of another project we did before, and that has the kind of view point I am looking for.
However what is important is that I need a higher quality then what we did in the above example. The reason why I put it out here is to find someone that can give it to me in the absolutely best quality, and with a very high level of details and photorealism. Photorealism is key.
It will be printed on big signs and banners, so the resolution need to be very high.
You will have to be good at getting the landscape realistic, and the surroundings, not just the buildings in itself.
I have of course DWG and SHX files for the project. But for now I will just send you screenshots of the drawings so you understand the project:

High res files for print and complete 3d files and PSD with post prod work is requiered.
Agreed upon deadline is absolute. Not even a minute after deadline will be acceptable, so make sure you set a timeline you are 100% sure you can make happen (inclduing multiple revisions if that will be needed)
