Require Revit 2016 to model hotel rooms, public areas, etc. based off existing plans. Will require accurate wall types, placement of walls, floors, doors, windows, etc. Will need custom furniture, lighting and more furniture families modeled - must be fully parametric, including adding fabric, materials etc.
Completed Revit 2016 files to be delivered to us for our use.
Note: We have several projects requiring these items and will continue using whomever is the lowest responsible bidder on this project.
