Do some 3D Modelling for a Landing Pad Concept

I dont know what file types anyone works in but I need a OBJ file type for this. Its about the size of a 6 person table and it has 6 landing bays. Its for small aircraft, ill have more details once I have a freelancer :) Hope this is enough information! Thanks fort looking!
My Budget is £10-20 which yes is low however I have been working with others for cheap to and had some great success, this is a personal project for a student hence the small price tag but im really looking forward to working with you.
