Convert table-based pages to bootstrap scaffolding

I have a number of simple landing pages that I would like to convert from tables to bootstrap scaffolding, so it looks like it does now, but fluid, responsive, and using navbar for menu. It would be great if you can match the gradient of the menu with the navbar you creat, that would be great, but if that adds too much work, then don't worry about it. I don't want to get outside my budget.
I've attached an example, for you to see the scope, and would like to pay about $10 per page for this conversion, and would have at least five different pages for you to convert this time. I think this one is the most complex of them.
