I'm seeking to undertake a comprehensive research project aimed at exploring user experiences of Early Wage Access services in Pakistan, specifically AHDI and EZwage.
Job Aspects:
- Data Collection: Collect screen recordings while walking through users scenarios (list of scenarios below). These records are essential for understanding usage patterns and user interaction with the apps' interface.
Scenarios:
1. App walkthrough,
2. Taking advance,
3. Withdrawing money to another account,
4. Overview of additional functions and services.
Ideal Candidate:
Should have:
- Proficiency in data collection through screen recording methods.
- Familiarity with the AHDI and EZwage apps is beneficial.
Project Goal:
- Identify any potential challenges and areas for service improvement based on collected data.
