Video Editor for Video Podcast On YouTube and creating other shorts

I am looking for a skilled video editor to help me with my video podcast on YouTube. The ideal candidate should have experience in editing videos for online platforms and a good understanding of YouTube's requirements and best practices.
Each episode of the video podcast should have a length of between 10 and 30 minutes. The editor should be able to create engaging and cohesive content within this time frame. The editor should delete as little as possible from the podcast - ideally only trim the beginning and the end.
The editor will receive two files (raw) from the podcast recording and it will be up to him to edit the full podcast and create shorts for it. Each episode should have 6 shorts (portrait mode).
I already created a couple of episodes and will send them to you as a guide on how it should look along with templates and a premiere pro project to get you started. You will notice that I want dynamic editing where the camera changes from one person to the other one and sometimes shows both people at once.

I will also send you a Photoshop file for creating a thumbnail.
The final output will be:
1, Full episode video (.mp4)
2, 6 different episode shorts (portrait mode, .mp4)
3, YouTube thumbnail
4, Video transcription (created by Premiere Pro)
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Knowledge of YouTube's guidelines and best practices
- Ability to enhance video quality and audio
- Creative storytelling and ability to capture the audience's attention
- Experience in adding graphics, subtitles, and other visual elements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
In total, right now I have around 7 videos that need to be edited. This will be a long-term job where the money will increase over time. Right now - I will pay around 3-5 USD for each episode.
