Product Demo Video for an app that has only mockups

I need a product demo for a fashion app that is not yet ready.

What i have are mockups which would be leveraged in coming up with a product demo. FYI - this is not a marketing video, but for a more critical audience. So it will be a video of the app, and voice narration over the video by a native US speaker (no music audio).
