Turo Support Specialist and Billing Manager

I'm in need of a full-time freelancer who can help me with my Turo rental business. This role will be mainly focused on customer support and billing management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Support: You'll be handling customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and assisting with account management. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential.
- Billing Management: You'll be responsible for generating and tracking invoices, handling payment processing, and ensuring that our subscription management is efficient and error-free.
- Reporting and Analytics: You'll need to provide regular reports on billing data, customer issues, and support metrics. A good eye for detail and strong analytical skills are important.
- Have a solid understanding of the Turo platform, or at least be eager to learn quickly.
- Be able to commit to a full-time role.
