Build a Windows PC local utility to:
1. Back up the Excel Spreadsheet by making a copy, keeping the last 10 copies
2. Automatically append the contents of 1-2 CSV files found in a folder to an excel spreadsheet
3. Move processed files into a COMPLETE folder
4. Log the results in a local text file.
Full story:
My software exports 2 CSV files daily to a local computer. These CSVs show the products that have been sold and the quantities of each product sold for that day. We need to add these rows of data to a master Excel sheet, and it should be done automatically when a new file is detected, OR at a specific time each day.
The fields would be
Date Sold, Erply ID, UPC, Internal ID, Description, Qty Sold
The CSV files would be

The Excel Spreadsheet would be called [login to view URL]
Automation does NOT have to be built into the app, and instead we can use a scheduled task to complete the automation.
Skills required for the job are:
- Proficiency in programming languages suited for Windows applications
- Experience with Excel spreadsheet operations
- Knowledge in handling large CSV files
- Ability to create a straightforward and friendly UI
Moreover, the utility should be easily operable and user-friendly, promptly executing the task without causing a system slow down. Please include examples of similar work in your proposal.
