I am looking for a professional auction/classifieds website targetted to a specific industry. The purpose is to sell items between businesses. The site is basically an e-bay type of setup but can only be accessed by a select group.

A sliding fee structure and full accounting system needs to be written into the back office section while the front end allows the members to manage their own accounts

I want the website to operate with little or no intervention from a webmaster.

I would like this project started asap. Hosting and domain has been arranged.
