318536 Website Rip Needed

I have a quick job for someone. I am in the process of making a sales page/squeeze page for my product and I like the layout/design of a particular website. I need someone to create me an identical website that uses HTML/TABLES.

I don't want someone to run a Website Ripper on the website. I want the HTML and Tables to be clean and nice. The website I want to copy the layout is here...

I don't want to "copy" his website... Just the layout and look of the website. I only need the first page of the website. I don't need a lot of things.

Here is a list of things I want changed/modified...

You will notice on the following screenshots I have included changes that I want made. Please follow those markup and also reference the information below...

1)

I want to remove the blue fading bar at the top. I want to drop down where the header logo will go 2" from the top of the page. The top area of the page will then be filled with the background (gray lines).

2)

The screenshot indicates what size the header logo will be once placed into template (just use a blank space for now).

3)

I want the textual information of the sales page background to be white - Not dark gray like he has it.

4)

I want the textual information section of the sales page to have the ability for me to easily insert tables and center the tables on the white part.

Budget: $20-35

Timeframe 1-2 Days

This should be really easy for the right person. Like I said... Please do not rip the site with a website ripper. I want this done in a nice clean fashion using HTML / Tables / Stylesheet.
