url redirection (url shrinker) for usage on craigslist

I need somebody with expertise in craigslist and knowledge in masking a url for usage on there site without getting blocked... as i have a few hundred ads being placed daily.

this job will be off and on for an ongoing basis... if i would need new information it would need to be in a very timely manner as less than a day.
