design a magento store and transfert data from zencart

Hi, we are looking for a freelancer who can design a magento webstore according to our requirement and transfert datas from our current zencart store.
Our current store is related with printer cartridges we tried to list below main requirements and questions we have :
1/ Multilingual : our existing store is in English, french and spanish. The english site is on [login to view URL], French is on [login to view URL], Spanish is on [login to view URL]
This is because we originally started .[login to view URL] only and when we wanted to expand we decided to use .com for better international ranking. However, we didn't wanted to loose existing customer / ranking from the [login to view URL] for english language.
We are open to any suggestion on how to make this simple and efficient but will need to consider short and middle term impact.
2/ Transfer:
Transferring products, images, tax rules, shipping rules, customers, categories, orders....and also the possibility to have custom price list for each customer.
3/ new store design:
[login to view URL] are looking for a magento responsive template similar too (exemple only)

[login to view URL] need also to add a product finder box similar as this one (4 field dropdown would be ideal)

4/ multiple store front possibility
We want the possibility to have multiple store front on the website. and choose which products show on which store fronts
5/ outgoing support.
