One Page Website HTML 5 Animation

I am opening a new business.

I want to have landing page of my site an animated page, the whole screen should look like a cup of tea brewing slowly. and a very elegant looking clock at the bottom, showing when the site will go live.

Also at bottom will be one button, for users to sign up for our mailing list to be notified and to get freebies.

This is the crappy version to what i am talking about, attached is a photo i drew rough to show some idea.

Ones i select the person to do the job, we can work closely on achieving the exact design. I am not looking for cartoonish look, though i drew like a cartoon, but i want realistic glass feel, inside should look like tea being brewed and leaves slowly falling down, as clock ticks.
