iPhone App - Graphics design work only

*PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING!

I have an iPhone app written in Xcode for which the coding itself is done, but the design is terrible. I need someone who can do this graphics and design work for an iPhone app.

I need someone who is very experienced in creating graphics for iOS to

a nice looking, mobile app that fits in with the iOS 6 design

esthetic.

The app is a baby name generator. It will have 5 screens ('random baby name', search, favorite, detail screen and a simple static info screen).

What you will get is a functional app, where no attention was paid to the design. What I need from you is to go over this design and layout and make it look good and polished. I want you to make all the necessary changes inside the Storyboard of the Xcode project. I also want you to give me a price to do the exact same thing for the iPad. This is probably a follow-up project is the work is of good quality.

The job also includes the following:

- Creation of the app icon (sized 114x114 and 57x57)

- App icon for app store (sized 1024x1024 and 512x512)

- Launch image (sized 640x1136, 640x960 and 320x480)

- Background images for the screens (for each there should be 3 sizes 640x1136, 640x960 and 320x480)

The graphics must support iPhone 3GS, 4/4S, and 5 (this includes app

icons that look great on all devices).

Requirements:

-Someone who can do the UI design

-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products

-Someone who has a Mac with Xcode

Here's what you need to do next:

-Please reply with examples of your previous iPhone/iPad app design. Icons and screenshots of user interface are welcome. Please be honest and only send examples that you've actually designed yourself. If I like your work, I will reply and give you more details.

Note: If you want to use clipart or stock images that aren't free instead of drawing things yourself, this is acceptable. You can use the watermarked versions while designing (I will purchase the images). If you plan on doing this, please make sure to mention this in your reply. Also give me an idea of the investment cost for these images.
