Looking for website designer- a Simple Small informational Website with Clean Layout and Look
I have a plan for a small website, with all the pages mapped out, logo and content all ready to publish. It will contain promotional information for a small business, and will essentially just be displaying information to potential customers.
I think the requirements below are fairly simple. If anything I'm requesting is going to make things a lot more expensive, I'm happy to adjust the plan!
I need someone to put it together for me, and install a content management system of some sort so that I can add new pages, text, and basic images to the pages in the future. My budget is limited, so I'd like the content management system to be free or open source, and run smoothly on most any web hosting service.

All the information displayed very simply, spaced and positioned on the site in an elegant manner.
I will have 7 or 8 pages of content to begin with.
I'd like to have someone working on my site that enjoys a site like this, and who has examples in their portfolio that shows they have an eye for this type of simple classy layout.
You will need to choose an appropriate font to complement my logo (similar font to the one on the site mentioned above), and create the navigation buttons and Text headings. (I'd like to also obtain a copy of the font used, so that I can create new buttons in the future if I need to add pages... or maybe there is another way to make that expandability easy for me?)
The navigation menus and subject heading images need to display as regular text in browsers that do not display images.
A few differences form the site mentioned above:
I do not want the right side of the site to scroll independently of the left side, I'd like it connected
I'd like the site to be a fixed width, and to center in the browser.
Add a simple footer, with a few links.
Other info:
On one page, I'll need to be able to add text links that offer free file downloads. This needs to be easy to update.
A page where I can add hyperlinks and text.
Another page will need to display images of CDs with links to other websites for purchase, and I'llneed to be able to add to this list easily.
I would like to complete this project in a short timeframe. I'm thinking that a week or less would be reasonable.
My current webhosting service runs Linux servers, with PHP Perl and mySQL supported.
I think this should be pretty easy for most of you designers, and I appreciate your help!
