Open Cart site needs to upgrade header

we have a website that is running as of now, we need somebody to update our header with some new, clean elements. the update we need are as follows:
1. we need to add the black bar line above and write "FREE DOMESTIC DELIVERY. NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED" on the left and our phone number on the right. We need to be able to change the writing from the admin panel.
2. We need to take the SIGN IN/REGISTER, MY ACCOUNT, WISHLIST, CONTACT US links and put them above the new search engine as it appears on the attachment,
3. we need to make the search engine box bigger and place it in the middle of the header. see attached picture
4. cart should be on the right hand side
its a very simple job and it doesnt take time to fix. We will provide all psd design files to you, you will convert them into html and apply them to the header. please see the header update we need to apply as an attachment here.
Our existing site is www.opamart.com. Take a look how the header looks on our website and how the new header will look like based on the attached picture here.

1. have portfolio of your open cart work you have done
2. must know html, open cart modification, php, mysql
