Sel enium IDE automation of max imo

We require a Sel enium expert to get Max imo 7.5 (not 7.6 which has static IDs) working with Sel enium IDE for Firefox.
This is a large on going project.
We are looking for gurus so in your bid, please send your sel enium IDE commands to:
1) click on the "Go To" (top menu)
2) click"Work Orders" (bottom menu item)
3) click "Work Order Tracking".
This CANNOT be done using IDs (because they change) or going to the Work Order Tracking url directly.
We need when the script is run the user is able to view the "Go To" being clicked followed by viewing the "Work Orders" being clicked followed by seeing "Word Order Tracking" being clicked.

Recording MUST be in IDE and cannot use IDs of elements as these change so must automatically record using xpath or labels or something.
Playback CAN be using webdriver.
